About the Recipe
This smoothie supports hormone health with fibre, healthy fats, and phytoestrogens. It’s rich in magnesium, B vitamins, and antioxidants and is great for energy, mood, and cycle support.

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened plant milk
½ avocado (healthy fats for hormone production)
1 handful of spinach (magnesium + iron)
½ banana (natural sweetness + B6)
1 tbsp ground flaxseed (plant-based omega-3s + phytoestrogens)
½ tsp cinnamon (blood sugar balance)
Optional: 1 scoop of protein powder or 1 tsp maca root for added hormone support
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Tips:
For a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes or use frozen banana.
