How should I prepare for my first appointment?

For your initial appointment, it's helpful to provide a list or photo of any prescription medicines, herbal remedies and supplements you're already taking.  It also helps to note down the foods you're eating on a daily basis and how regularly you eat.  Any recent test results you would like to share are also helpful.  This information helps us to build a full picture of your current health and wellness status.

What should I expect from my first session?

Your first session involves answering questions and providing information about your health history, lifestyle and dietary habits and any symptoms you may be experiencing so we can gather as much information as possible about your current health and wellness status.  We also discuss your goals and preferences so we can build a tailored treatment plan with both your current needs and future goals in mind.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes, all the information you provide is confidential and is kept securely on file for future appointments.  You can request a copy of your file at any time.

Where can I find you?

I'm based in Auckland, New Zealand and I see clients at the Practispace clinic in Parnell. I also do online appointments with clients via zoom from anywhere.  Check out my bookings page to make an appointment at a time and place that suits you.
